For Form Builder Starter Plan Users

Do you have questions regarding your 123FormBuilder Starter plan and the changes that have come in effect starting April 19th?

No worries, we have answers — check them out below! And if we haven’t covered it in this FAQ page, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via customercare@123formbuilder.com or via our web chat. We’ll be more than happy to help!

I just upgraded to Starter, what is this new plan (Individual)?

We automatically migrated you to a higher tier to map your current features. On top of that, we added unlimited submissions, 5 forms instead of 3, and the possibility to publish the forms on multiple sites. You will receive all these features for the same price you’re paying for the Starter plan right now for the next two months if you are a monthly customer; or until your current billing cycle ends, for yearly ones. After that, you will have to decide whether you want to stick with the Individual plan or go back to the Starter.

I want to go back to Starter, I am not interested in Individual.

You can go back to Starter any time. All you have to do is get in touch with our CC team. Bear in mind this also means you will have to be compliant with the new Starter limitations: 20 fields per form, 3 rules.

What happens after the grace period? I invested in the form and then I won’t be able to use it because it has more fields/other limitations.

All the forms you have created up to this point will continue to work after the grace period. The limitations only apply to new forms you build. Existing ones will remain as they are.

What if, during the grace period, I build 5 forms and once that is done, I choose to go back to Starter? Which of the 3 on the Starter plan will I be able to use?

Your 5 forms will continue to work after the grace period of time. You will not be able to add new ones. You decide which forms you keep. All the forms you create during the grace period will continue to work after the grace period expires. However, you will not be able to add new ones (and you decide which of the forms you keep).

Is the number of my forms calculated to include deactivated forms?

Yes, the number of forms includes the deactivated ones.

For Form Builder Free Plan Users

Do you have questions regarding your 123FormBuilder Free plan and the changes that have come in effect starting April 19th?

No worries, we have answers — check them out below! And if we haven’t covered it in this FAQ page, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via customercare@123formbuilder.com or via our web chat. We’ll be more than happy to help!

I signed up for Free due to unlimited fields, what is this new Free plan?

The Free plan has changed and it now supports 1 form, 10 fields per form, no rules, no payments, no upload storage. Furthermore, the Free plan now includes unlimited submissions.

Are my deactivated forms calculated in the form number limitation?

The form number limit includes deactivated forms.

I have 3 forms, and now the plan includes only 1. What happens with the extra forms?

The forms that you’ve built remain untouched and you can still use them as they are. Furthermore, you can adjust them as you wish, provided that you comply with the new Free plan limitations.

My form(s) include more than 10 fields / a file upload field / payments. Are they going to work?

Your forms are going to work perfectly, just as they did until now. The new Free plan limitations only impact new forms.

Will I still receive payments via my form?

Yes, you would still receive payments via your form if your payment field was added before the shift in the features available under the Free plan.

Why did you not tell me of this before? I didn’t configure my forms yet like I wanted when I signed up.

You can still work on the current forms as long as there is no conflict with the current Free plan limitations.
